Is this for real? The gist I got from this article is that if someone walks into your derm[atology] clinic complaining of being infested by parasites when they clearly have no such problem, is that you should just prescribe them an antipsychotic. It makes me wonder. Do you just tell them that the drug will take care of their parasites without telling them that you're giving them a drug for schizophrenics? (Probably....)
